Refunds are available only for the first paid subscription purchase (a purchase that is not an automatic renewal), and only when both conditions below are met: The request is submitted within 12 hours of the purchase or payment. No more than 2 credits from that subscription have been consumed. Automatic renewal charges are not refundable. Both conditions are mandatory. If either condition is not met, the payment is not eligible for a refund. This policy does not limit non-waivable statutory rights. Each generation is probabilistic and may differ, including when the same prompt or settings are used. We do not guarantee identical, consistent, accurate, complete, or satisfactory output. Differences between generations or output that does not meet your expectations or requirements are not a basis for a refund.
